Customer service here is terrible. I usually order online to pick up at the store, and every time, without failing, it takes longer to do this than to go after 50 people in top egg to order personally. They're just looking at you. No one says hi or puts two and two together that you are under the sign that says order here online. You only look with these empty thousand yard stars. It's really scary. I wish I was exaggerated. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone every time I go in there to pick up my order. In addition, they get online orders incorrectly a solid 50% of the time. This combination of events has happened so often that I felt the need to share.
