Silver Vines Winery Boulder

We were walking by and decided to stop by to warm up and do a tasting. We had a great time and the wine was really good! The spiked apple cider was also delicious!

We happened to walk by on Saturday night and saw that they were open late (until 10pm! so we decided to give it a try on a whim. We each did a tasting of their reds. The wine and service quality were great! Highly recommended.

Suze was phenomenal. She did a fantastic job of sharing information about the wines (fun to try wines from Colorado-grown grapes! and was wildly helpful to this out-of-towner with a lot of questions about the area. The Cab Franc was my favorite, but the Merlot and Syrah that I also tried were quite lovely, too. Great space, would come back!

We requested a sample of wine due to our unfamiliarity with the winery. The server provided us with two samples for tasting, but unfortunately, they did not meet our expectations in terms of flavor and quality. Politely, we conveyed our dissatisfaction with the wine and expressed that we would not be interested in ordering a full glass. However, the server's attitude took a negative turn as he responded rudely, informing us that he intended to charge us for the samples. This sudden change in demeanor left us with an unpleasant experience and a negative impression of the establishment. Given this encounter, I cannot recommend this winery to others.
