Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant - Boulder

We waited 45 minutes to be seated at our table. It would have been nice if they had offered us a free drink as a gesture of compensation, but unfortunately, they did not. Not very thoughtful!

My partner and I had a date night during a busy weekend for University of Colorado move-in. We were happy to be seated in a quiet corner booth, which allowed us to have a nice conversation. The food was good in general, but I would have liked the steak fajitas to have thinner slices of meat. It was still a lovely evening for a date night.

Our server, Murph, was amazing! We were seated on the rooftop patio and had fantastic food and drinks.

Always a great place to meet with family for a nicely prepared meal.

Rio is always a favorite! I was there to celebrate my best friend's birthday. I requested the rooftop and go it! Thanks, Rio of Boulder!
