Contribuiți la feedbackBeautiful vegan options for breakfast. Vegan breakfast sandwich on biscuit with Tofu Scramble was very delicious, filling and cheap. Many vegan baked goods also, with donuts on Saturday.
I hate to say that I went to this café about a year ago and forgot. It is located in a residential complex, The Pelaton on Arapahoe. When I sent a year ago, I remember shaking some of the vegan mini donuts. All tasty, but if I remember correctly, they cost every $1.50. This visit led my review and will let me go more often. They offer a range of vegan pastries and the bisquits are also vegan. Today I had served the BanMi Sandwich with Portobella on a Zibatta. It was very good, though for $9.75 tax and tip I want it to go with a small page, like chips or side salad. They had other vegan sandwich offers such as hummus, avocado or have added beet instead of meat on some of the other sandwiches. Cashew cheese is also offered. Soup and chili were both vegan. The small breakfast menu seems like a deal at $5.95. The vegan option is a bisquit with damaged tofu and vegetables. I'll go back and try more treats. I should mention that they also serve beer, Avery IPA and Avery White Rascal for $2!!! So if the meal is a little high, I suppose it makes for super cheap, but high quality, beer! My rating is really 3 1/2 cows as I eat is better than OK, but the value makes it just less than good!
I went to breakfast a few days ago and had a big hummus, avocado, spinach and tomato breakast sandwich on a homemade vegan biscuits. Yum and under $5! Another score of Naked Lunch usually has all vegan baked goods (I think there are some honey in a few rare things including delish baked donuts seriously some of the least healthy, but most delicious vegan donuts I ever had in a ton of flavors such as salted almond, blueberry lemon, chocolate orange, ginger and lime. I think they could also be gluten-free if you're in it. Strawberry oat bars, rice crispy treats, and I had only the most amazing cupcake size personal pecan pier! Also fed some cupcake size pumpkin cake. Oh, and a few delicious cupcake cupcakes. They also have fabulous vegan soups (vegan broccoli cheese soup!, homemade vegan cashew cheese for sandwiches, quinoa salads and some of the best homemade hummus around. The owner and chef Amy is a fabulous cook. She says she would do more vegan cheeses and other vegan specialties if she has the business to support it. Great coffee and free wifi also, and love the atmosphere fresh flowers, cool custom wood and metal community bank, very fun. Can't wait to sit on the terrace when it warms up. It is located in the Peloton-Condo complex next to PIzzeria Basta, access from 33rd or 38th Street of Arapahoe Ave.
This restaurant is truly a hidden treasure. They serve beautifully crafted sandwiches on delicious bread with unique flavor combinations. We tried the spicy turkey, avocado and brie, and apple sandwiches and were left speechless. We are so grateful to have stumbled upon this place during our holiday!
Organic meat, vegan dessert, and some of the best sandwiches I ever had.
