Mount Everest Cuisine - Boulder

I absolutely love this restaurant! The buffet is exceptional, and the dinner menu is equally impressive. The service is incredibly friendly as well. This is truly one of Boulder's hidden gems!

The vegan options at this restaurant are delicious and not excessively oily, which I've found to be an issue at other Indian restaurants in the area. However, I would appreciate it if they offered tofu to make the meals more balanced. The prices are a bit high; my partner and I both feel we would order from here more frequently if the portion sizes were a bit larger, especially if it were a fully vegan establishment. So far, we've only tried takeout, so the portion sizes might be better when dining in. I would love to see the vegan buffet return!

**Service:** Upon arrival, we were greeted by a receptionist who welcomed us with a bright smile and quickly found us a table. **Ambience:** The restaurant exudes a blend of Himalayan, Nepali, and Indian cultures. It’s adorned with photographs of Buddha and various Indian deities, creating a lovely atmosphere. The place is very clean, and the soothing music adds to the overall experience. **Food:** We ordered goat curry, paneer tikka masala, goat biryani, and both vegetable and non-vegetable momos. We opted for a spice level of 5, and while all the dishes were quite spicy, I would recommend not requesting that level here unless you really enjoy heat. The food is incredibly fresh and flavorful. The biryani is prepared in the Nepali style and surprisingly includes some raisins. We concluded our meal with lassi, which was simply delicious. Overall, the food and ambience are truly phenomenal.

Really great taste, you should try at least once, then you will know it! Top one Nepalese and Indian restaurant!!!

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Everything we ordered was phenomenal and the restaurant was so peaceful and zen with very pleasant atmospheric nature music playing. The cheese and onion naan may be the best I ever had, and the banana lassi, and sweet potato curry were so delicious and unique as well.
