Le Frigo Boulder

Stop by for classic European sandwiches right here in Boulder. It reminds me of traveling in Alsace, with delightful hints of Germany, France, and Switzerland. The standout highlight was definitely the laugenbrot; both sandwiches we tried were served on it. It brought back memories of bites taken at the train station, which was a lovely touch. However, the flavors were a bit lacking for the American palate, and the prices were relatively high compared to what you would pay in Europe. The service also had a distinctly European tone. The shop offers plenty of amazing items to take home, allowing you to create an authentic European experience. One should expect to pay a bit more for this in the middle of the US, plus the usual Boulder premium. I look forward to returning and updating my reviews in the future.

This place is absolutely incredible! The food is delicious, and the drinks are fantastic. The bakery sells out quickly because everything is so tasty! While there isn't a lot of seating, it's manageable. The staff and other patrons are very friendly too. I highly recommend it!

The Catalan sandwich is incredible! I've had lunch here multiple times and tried something new each time. It's a delightful little French deli. Brian is a treasure. Keep up the great work!

Delicious sandwich! Found this place while in the area and decided to try it out. I loved that the pretzel bread was fresh and soft! Will definitely be going back to try more.

If you like quality sandwiches this is the place to go. I went on a whim as I was working close by. Was blown away by how good the sandwhich was. I also got a few macaroons which were phenomenal. Everything is quality and it doesn't break the bank either.
