Illegal Pete's The Hill - Boulder

Great food and great place, they have one of the best burritos I've tried in Boulder as well as really geniuine and nice staff. An awesome place to get together with friends and enjoy some filling food.

Great Burritos and Salad Bowls. You choose your meat and topings. You get to choose between queso or guacamole. Would go back if I lived closer. There is paid parking on the street or there is a paid parking lot down the block.

Illegal Pete's offers the best breakfast burritos around, though they're only served on weekends. Their fish tacos are fantastic too. In fact, everything on the menu is delicious! We absolutely love this place!

We have had Pete's on The Hill cater two open houses for us, as well as two Taco Tuesday events for residents at The Lotus and The Province Apartments. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the food and the service! Working with Meg was a delight, and we will definitely return for more!

This restaurant is quite reminiscent of Chipotle, but with a local twist. The food is pretty good, although the portion sizes aren't very large. The staff is knowledgeable about what is vegan, making it easy to inquire about options.
