Delicious taste profile. 4th time in this place and come back. Much taste with less sauce. Poke scarves are amazing. Family owned, great service.

The first time in Colorado and has not made reservations for our 1st choice. We will always make Fuji our dinner choice for future trips! Quaint and not busy! Excellent staff and delicious food!

Amazing experience! The food was delicious and in great time. The dumplings are made Fresh the onigiri was excellent and cheap, miso soup also great the unagi eel poke bowl even better. Will try to go back several times.

This is one of my favorite places to stop in Boulder for a quick inexpensive healthy bite. I love the tuna rice ball. I even had my friends interested in grabbing one to try.
