Fringe A Well Tapped Eatery - Boulder

Psyched to visit Fringe's dine in location! (I've been a fan since their Gunbarrel days) Between the lamb pepperoni, melt in your mouth meatballs and black pepper ice cream our tastebuds were surprised and delighted with every bite! Highly recommend this spot for a yummy bite with a wide choice of toppings, vino and brews!

When I see the wall of wine I'm happy. When I look at the menu I want everything. I've been about a dozen times now. I love the temperature controlled wines on tap. I have been so happy with all of the food I've chosen. The deserts are special too. Incredible value anytime but especially for happy hour. The service has always been attentive and friendly. Comfortable modern atmosphere and outdoor patio. Soon I hope to have the menu items I've not yet tried.

Unpretentious, relaxed place with friendly servers and quality pizza and salads. There are so many mediocre pizza places in Boulder but this one stands out and is in the same league as Basta.

Fringe is one of the best pizzas in Boulder. Great food, solid beer menu and really awesome service. Place is so good!

FoodMy husband and I had the Broccolini and the Eggplant Parmesan with vegan cheese substitute. The Broccolini was quite difficult to eat due to it being too fibrous or maybe undercooked? It was almost impossible to cut the stem with the knive that we received. Would not recommend this dish.The pizza however was nice! The eggplant with balsamic glaze was delicious.ServiceWas adequate. The response to my question about what options there were as a vegan was not very helpful. Also, you don't get a replacement if ingredients are removed to make a dish vegan, but you do have to pay more if you want vegan cheese?AtmosphereRelaxed. And I liked the painted mural.Vegetarian options: They offer vegan cheese. They only cater to the vegan diet by removing meat/dairy and using vegan cheese as substitute; it's not like they have standard vegan options.
