Elephant Fusion Café Bakery - Boulder

Wasn't greeted for several minutes and when I asked about the time, Sophia was not nice in her response. This place does not have their act together. I wouldn't recommend coming here until they learn customer service. I don't mind waiting but there is a right way and a wrong way to speak to people. Edit: instead of trying to improve, the owner decided it was appropriate to call my personal experience false, and disregard their need for improvement. I think that proves my point better than I ever could!

Best salad in a long time the Arabic. Greens, cucumber, tomato, radish, little fried pita bits, and a lot of moist lamb gyro meat on top. Nice people. Definitely coming back.

We ate here on a Sunday and really enjoyed our food! I had the vegan chilli dumplings and an ice ginger Chai and my partner had the falafel wrap with sweet potato fries. It's a pretty casual set up and we were there at a slow time so we placed our order with a staff member rather than doing it through an app or at the counter. I think the concept of ordering through an app while dining in is a little strange but that's just personal preference. The food was so good! My partner's falafel was great and the pita was also delicious. I ordered my dumplings medium but they had zero spice (even my partner agreed and he has a low spice tolerance) so I think that they may have given me mild spice by mistake? It didn't matter though because the dumplings were super flavorful and delicious and I would absolutely get them again regardless of spice level. Things are getting more and more expensive but this place did seem a bit pricey for how casual it was and the portions were standard singe-portions. Overall I was impressed out how good their food was and I would recommend to anyone, especially if you have a party that is craving different things. They really do fusion right!

This is by far the best restaurant in Boulder. The quality of food is exceptional and the prices are great! Something for everyone, and the staff is so welcoming. Seriously a gem of Boulder
