Domino's Pizza - Boulder

Inefficient and non-helpful staff. I tried to order and their website didn't work so called in my order. paid over the phone and was said to order would be ready in 15 minutes, all good I thought. I drive in and they tell me that my order is not paid! I showed them the text of my bank that confirmed the payment, but no one knows what went wrong. they don't know who took the order or who I paid for. in the walks of their managers, I think and she says, "they double ordered so that the phone order was canceled". fair enough, probably the original online order was finally logged in, at least one declaration, so I asked if it refunds the fee on my card? they said it would happen automatically. it didn't happen and they accused me twice for the same order. Now it's my problem to get the appeal against my bank. extremely frustrating and disappointing.

This dominos is so bad they do not know how to cut pizzas as I have ordered so often and so my friend and the pizza legit is not even cut as they let it happen. also the freche brot is in the grunde just crust with a tiny piece cheese on it not good at all, in any case it must begin to make better because I had good freche brot on other places. also my pizza was wrong made no excuse from the personal they seemed uncomfortable that I wanted it like?

This place is terrible! Sunday evening at 9 o'clock, received confirmation email of delivery time for 180-210min. not even during the super dish takes a pizza delivery 3 hours. at least about 1.5 hours after the order came a pizza that was the temperature of leaving the whole night long, not over cold, but def not hot, luke warm-ish. apparently the quality person seth does not know how to cut a pizza or they allow seth not to use safety-sharpeners. see photos of this awfully cut pizza. I tried to call it 6-8 times to cancel my order when I find out from the extremely long resort time, but no one would pick up. not worth this place. after completing a survey got a voucher to try again how I need another 3 hours to wait for a pizza again. come on! they save themselves headaches and find them somewhere else or just order a pizza in dos and they might have luck getting it on Friday.

Normally good if not overpriced, but this time I have never received my order and I can't refund because the load is closed and the call center is only open during the business hours, so I am hungry and out a lot of money for not much eating in the first place. had company pizza. hold on to cosmos from now on

Ordered from dominos today. Got a pizza, wings and cinnamon twists. Two over two hours to get it delivered. Ate very sad cold pizza and wings. Didn't even want to take a picture of the sad Rick of a pizza. Was kinda looking forward to the cinnamon twists. Just to open them up to find...... Plain bread bites ??
