Canyon Cafe - Boulder

LOVE this place. Some of the best people running this cafe their food drink options are unmatched. Had the best BLT in my life from here. Best small business cafe in boulder!! Highly recommend!

I stopped by the cafe at the courthouse, and they made the perfect bacon, egg, and cheese bagel along with a delicious latte made with 2% milk. Quick, tasty, and just what I needed! Great service, too. ?

I have only eaten here once after a new owner took over. It was fine and I liked that they added a way to order online. However, the inconsistency of when they are open makes them now more inconvenient. I hear that staffing is the supposed reason but more times then not (especially on Mondays) they are closed. People who come here for court then have to leave and find lunch which adds extra time and travel which is a burden to people who might not have easy means to do so.

BLT was the best sandwich I've had in a long time! The bread was so good and freshly cooked bacon, on point.Also the latte was prepared perfectly and I'm super picky. A+thank you guys!!
