The Bistro - Boulder City

From the moment we walked through the door, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service. The restaurant exudes a cozy and charming Italian ambiance. We were excited to discover a fantastic special menu inspired by a popular new dish from a hit TV show. We both sampled items from this menu, and they were absolutely delightful. It was also reassuring to see many locals dining there, which is always a good sign. We will definitely be back to explore more dishes from the full menu!

I discovered this restaurant through a gluten-free app, and it did not disappoint! The gluten-free crust is sourced from a bakery in Las Vegas, and it was fantastic! The service was excellent as well. The sausages they added to our pizza were incredible! It's definitely worth a visit if you're nearby. We stopped by on our way back to Las Vegas from the Grand Canyon.

I met some friends for dinner, and the food was incredible and abundant. My son and I both ordered the Stromboli, and we ended up taking some home. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit!

The staff was nice and there was a good selection of menu items. The children's pizza served as a great personal pizza and I loved how they offered a children's super pizza.

I have ordered from here many times, but this was the first time going in. What a wonderful staff! Went above and beyond and with smiles. Still great pizza like in the past. Great job, just another reason I recommend this wonderful eatery.
