Mcdonald's - Boulder City

I will always love a good big Mac and no matter what if your cashier or server has a bad day, it's not okay to make it worse by treating them rudely. I've been in the customer service industry for 20 years and still have a daily smile because at the end of the day I know that I did my best and there's someone who went home happier after talking to me.

It depends on the day. I had the best service there, but I also wanted to be a knockout for so rude and give me the wrong drink, then it opened her arm out the window and gave me a drink, then hit the window. She's lucky I was in great mood this day. I guess we're both lucky because I went to jail because I would have pulled out their extensions.

The food was good, classic McD's, but the service was amazing. Carina the manager really cared for us and the other guests. She checked and was very attentive. Thank you.

Barb and other staff were super friendly this morning. Food was nice and hot and children were happy. Definitely recommend
