L'Ecume Gourmande - Bouin

We recently had dinner there as party of 3 and then lunch as a party of 7 adults and 2 babies. On both occasion the experience was superb. The menu was really different and the chef is hugely talented and innovative. The service was equally impressive with happy, warm and welcoming waiting staff. If you are staying anywhere in the northern Vendee or southern Brittany then you really should make your way to this wonderful restaurant.

We ate there four times in April, May and June. We will return next year. The price fixed menu during the week AND on Saturdays is the bargain. The service is wonderful. The wine list is very pricey. The food is creative and fun. The three different house made butters add the dining experience. The desserts are creative. They have a wonderful cheese tray which I will order next year.

An exemplary welcome, we took the formula at 33€, plus an aperitif. The meal took place as a discovery of flavors. beautifully presented dishes. the young woman served us with extraordinary professionalism. Everything is beautiful and good. Thanks to my darling for this beautiful evening in a restaurant worthy of the greatest.

Modern and quiet environment. Service with a big smile (despite the mask:) charming bees flying between the tables. A CHEF with a lot of imagination in its dishes and a know-how that presses perfection. Regional products and FRAIS. Wines suitable for each of the dishes.
