Rotisseries Benny - Boucherville

Just a typical fast food rotisserie chicken counter. Straight forward, take-out only, fast service, limited menu.

Very frustrated with my experience.I had a take out order for the club sandwich with fries deal.This restaurant is just 4 minutes away from my place and I came back home right after getting it from them.The fries were just slightly warm. A few of them were actually cold like if it was in a fridge. The sandwich was also just warm. Very dry chicken. I'm glad they sent a pack of mayo for that. The gravy was the only thing that was hot.On top of that they add those tips request to the credit card machine with a minimum of 15% ... on TO GO ORDERS. I won't be coming back that is for sure.

I use to order there almost every day because my office is not too far. Lately the service has become horrible.. even when the staffs screws up your order, they just tell you to go cancel online which to this day i never found out where is this magic cancellation button… never again thank you.

Less talking in the kitchen and more focus on getting orders! 20 minutes for filet of chicken and a club sandwich...

I use to order from them about once week. But now I go elsewhere. Why? Because they recently increased their prices by A LOT and they no longer assemble your poutine. So imagine this...You pay more money for a meal that you now have to assemble yourself!! So forget eating in your car because you will have to assemble your poutine and trust me it's not fun. The cheese is very cols in a plastic pouche Environnement), the gravy is in a foam container Environnement) , the chicken if applicable) is in another foam container Environnement) and very cold as well. So, by the time you get home and assemble all of these together your poutine needs to go in your oven because the gravy hasn't melted the cheese and warmed up the chicken.In my opinion, Benny had the best Poutine in town. What a shame :
