Acqua E Sale - BOTRUGNO

We drove over 30 Km from Lecce to Acqua e Sale and it was worth the drive. The Food was very creative tastey and well presented, the service was Personal and attentive,and it had a fun Atmosphere. This kind of restaurant one woul dexpect to findin London, New York or Tokyo and not in Botrugno. We loved the Pasta frutti di mare, Dolci and the recommended wine: Mje're. It is highly recommended restaurant. Next time when in Lecce, we will go there again. The prices are average to the area.

25 April, at lunch with my family (5 adults) , I am advised this place by a friend of the club who tells me, it goes quiet, you will be sure satisfied and so it was, excellent marine cuisine with various courses elaborate but always balanced, compliments to the cook, excellent staff, professional and very good to recommend and explain the various dishes, excellent value for money. I will definitely return and, in my turn, I recommend it to all of you, you will be satisfied.

Of several people heard that we should eat here, nice fish dishes, but also the pizza had to be delicious. So, once again, what a beautiful and clean restaurant, kind service, the lady speaks a little angels. We went for the two menus. Antipasti, primo (pasta), sectiono (vis) and dessert.
