Qdoba Mexican Grill - Bothell

Whenever I visit this Qdoba, they always seem to be short employees and hurry to try to operate the long line. Even with very few employees sometimes short on food, they always take place and try to make it right.

Came here for the first time with my girlfriend and everyone was absolutely wonderful. The Queso was amazing and the staff was very helpful and checked with us after our food.

I recently made one the best decisions of my life. I choose to eat at this fine restaurant. To start the experience, when you step in the front door you are greeted with the smells of authentic Mexican food. And photographs that set the abundance of a traditional Mexican villa. As my family and I ordered the workers were splendid. They made sure our food was made with the same care and love that a home-cooked meal by your abuela would be made with. These workers took time out of there day to give the four year old child that was accompany us a free cookie. This made this child's day as she is a extremely picky eater. We got our drinks and I tasted the most flavorful Dr Peper in my life. Even though it came from a machine it tasted it came from Mexico. As I started to eat my food I realized this culinary treat far exceeded my expectations. I have very high expectations. The crunch of the lettuce almost startled me. I was jumping in my seat with joy as I ate the grilled chicken. The manager was even so kind to ask how the food was. I said it was good, but the words good can not even begin to describe the quality of this food. I significantly regret not telling this great man about how much I was enjoying my experience. I should have told him how much I loved the food and how mouthwatering it was. Overall this was one of the finest places I have ever dined in and I have been to some fine places. This was as good as the food made by Gordan Ramsey. As flavorful as my favorite sushi restaurant and definitely better than Mc Donald's. I am so grateful that I have had this experience. 5/5 star.

It was my first time on this Qdoba location and at first sight looks like any other Qdoba restaurant but just when I started doing the lane, the counter guys give to me one of the best customer service that I've had before, they're were polite and super kind this kind of actions just add the special ingredient that make the food taste better!!!!. Totally recommend.

Just had a big catering event with this store and Gregg was AWESOME! He came early, prepared everything and made it look super pretty for my team. Thank you!
