Hillcrest Bakery - Bothell

I've been coming to this bakery since I was a child. Every year, my family treats ourselves to an amazing selection of goodies for Christmas, and I have yet to find a bakery that matches the quality here. Their donuts are out of this world, and the sausage pastries are simply incredible. I would honestly give this place a rating of 10 out of 5. Thank you, Hillcrest Bakery, for decades of exceptional work! Please continue to delight future generations.

I called yesterday and spoke with Alyssa (sorry if I've misspelled her name), and she was incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. Just minutes before I reached out to this bakery, I had a terrible experience with a manager at a different bakery who bullied me, saying that the custom wedding cake I ordered with purple frosting and pink and blue flowers wouldn’t look good and that they wouldn’t make it for me. I was in tears! Thankfully, an amazing family member recommended Hillcrest Bakery, and Alyssa took my order and helped me get everything just right. I’m now so much more excited for my wedding day because of this experience, and I can’t wait to see and taste the cake. Alyssa deserves a raise for her outstanding customer service. Thank you so much for turning my awful day around; I am truly grateful to have spoken with such a kind person after everything I went through.

Michelle truly came to the rescue! She crafted a stunning and delicious cake on very short notice for our son’s intimate family wedding celebration. I also really appreciated her friendly phone demeanor.

We got a lemon meringue pie from hillcrest which has been our first experience eating from hillcrest bakery and they did not disappoint! 2 of us ate the entire pie in 2 days and it only lasted to the second day because we were too sad to have it be gonein 1 day. Based on this experience i can only imagine that everything they make is good!

I was referred to Hillcrest by another bakery when I needed a cake for my parents? 50th Anniversary party. I was late in ordering but they fit us in with only 2 weeks? notice and made a wonderful replica of the original wedding cake (albeit for amuch smaller crowd). The ordering process was extraordinarily smooth I live out of state and did everything via email andphone. They delivered and set up the cake at the restaurant perfectly. Our guests all enjoyed the cake. Thank you Hillcrest!
