Your employee Leilani is amazing and you should value her work ethic because she shows up early and she shouldn’t be standing out in the cold rain, unsafe waiting for someone to let her in just because she’s not a manager. Either give her a key or pay her more, cuz I’ll be checkin in

I came here today get some laptop work done. But If you plan to visit here for more than 10 minutes wear a winter coat. It is 61° outside. They have their AC cranked on so high feels like a walk in cooler in there. My drink was delicious. Also had a snack. At one point samples were given to everyone in the lobby. Pumpkin spice iced drink. The staff were great to interact with. The bathroom was kept clean. You do need the code to use it. Brrrrrrr.

Place is not comfortable to study/ work. It is always freezing cold for some reason, and the music is blasting so loud. Coffee is ok.

Not sure what I wanted and not sure how to find my wife's requested drink and not sure how to customize and having trouble paying with the app, I had really outstanding service from a lady there. I wish I had gotten her name for this review because she was really helpful. She was a beautiful thin black lady with nice makeup. Maybe in her twenties. Kudos and thank you!
