Sitting and waiting for a table was good, sitting out there is nice and having a drink. eating was fantastic, only the complaining would be there were 10 minutes waiting between eating on the table from the main menu and getting some of us pizza. otherwise the problem was quickly sorted thanks to hannah a and our table service by ebony was fantastic. will defo will return

Everywhere was clean and welcoming. we were greeted immediately and shown on our table. Bar staff were friendly and efficient. eating did not come too long after us ordered, was hot, looked appetit and tasted good. my man had a mixed grill and the steak was a bit good for his hair (for rare, but was more medium) and the boar was a bit overdue, but not unbearable. overall a pleasant experience. we go there regularly and will continue to do so.

A late decision to go for food. Beth ordered prawn cocktail and it came with bread with seeds and as she as a nut allergy we had to send it back but was done without fuss and very quickly. Food great.. staff even better. All staff looked happy. Had banter with bar staff and we had a chuckle. Keep it up. This is my complaint..so.

The food was great and the service was exceptional. We were particularly well served by the waitress Tess who went out of her way to make our experience memorable we had relatives visiting from Canada and as well as being attentive and efficient she offered to take group photographs and made us all smile. Overall the experience was perfect.

We've been to the Chain Bridge three or four times over the last few months and have never been disappointed. The staff are friendly and professional. The food is always great with decent sized portions. I'm actually dieting at the moment so having calorie counts on the menu is helpful. I love that you can get skinny versions of meals too. This time I had a skinny pizza and it was a perfect meal for me. I got a half sized pizza and a bowl of salad which was plenty, delicious and very filling. My husband had a full sized pizza and was also impressed. I love that the salads are always beautifully fresh and crisp. I also love that I can use my Blue Light Card here. It means that we can eat out more often and share the experience with our family. This visit we bought our son and his partner with us. Both had burgers and said that they were really good. We were all full and couldn't manage desserts this time. The only small niggle was that the coffee machine was broken and we couldn't have a cappuccino afterwards. All in all it was a great experience and we'll definitely be back. Thank you.
