The Smoke Shop Bbq – Seaport - Boston

Absolutely delightful! The food surpassed all my expectations! The appetizers, BBQ meats, sides, and dessert were all outstanding. The famous wings and gooey butter cake were simply divine. I also ordered sandwiches, and every BBQ meat was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this place! It's definitely one of my favorite BBQ restaurants. Food: 5/5.

The food is decent, but not worth the price. The ribs were quite small and had barely any meat for what they cost. Paying $8 for just three tiny meatballs feels excessive, and the same goes for the $8 spent on a small piece of brisket. Overall, it just doesn't justify the expense.

This review is at least 4 months late in being written, but I had to share my opinion on this restaurant. I was in town for a convention, so stopped by The Smoke Shop for dinner. The place was packed and we didn’t have a reservation, but they made us feel at home and squeezed us in without waiting too long. They advised a Texas style brisket, and coming from Texas I was a little skeptical. The brisket was delicious… it was so good that I didn’t even have to put sauce on it. Our waiter was very friendly and we had a great time.

We enjoyed our lunch at this place on June 11th 2023, after visiting the Boston Children’s museum.Service was great and food was good. Most importantly my picky eater kids, ate all their food. I recommend this place.Kid-friendliness: My kids loved their lunch and ate all of it.

We very much enjoyed our lunch here. I had the Beef Rib meal, my wife had the pulled chicken sandwich, my son had the turkey, and my daughter had the kids rib lunch. All were very tasty and tender. The cucumber salad is a very refreshing side to enjoy.Food: 5/5
