Taco Bell - Boston

The staff needs to be more courteous in the hospitality industry. As a foreigner with a less fluent local accent, I felt that my presence irritated them, even when I was asking basic questions. A simple smile would make a big difference.

Where do I start with this restaurant! Many a spirit has been lifted here thanks to their perfect potatoes, seasoned beef, and refreshing Baja Blast. This downtown spot is Boston's finest Taco Bell. They have fed me countless times and have never let me down. The staff is lively, and the atmosphere is simply fantastic. If you visit on a Friday and eat in, you'll get to enjoy Freeform's Family Guy Friday on the TV while you indulge in the new Volcano Combo. It really doesn't get much better than that, does it?

I found the food to be cold and when I requested substitutions due to my dietary restrictions, the staff flatly refused to accommodate me. It was absolutely disappointing and I will not be returning. On top of that, they made my chalupa with chicken even though I didn't order it that way. This experience at the West Roxbury location was just gross.

Taco bell is much better than I remember. This branch is clean and easy to make an order and they were super quick. There's not much seating if you're planning on eating in but otherwise a great spot.Potatoes and cheese burrito was ????

They refused to serve me and friends at 12:30. Saying that “they were too backed up.”we had absolutely no one behind us and maybe one person in front of us. They shut the computer off in front of my friend and told us to get out.
