Starbucks - Boston

The early breakfast is being served from the rooms in the vast hotel. I'm not sure if it's quiet enough to open my laptop, so I’ll head to the large lobby instead.

My partner and I enjoyed pineapple refreshments and hot caramel macchiatos. Delicious! It had all the usual Starbucks offerings in the hotel.

I ordered a coffee through the app today, but it turns out they didn’t have any of the ingredients I had requested. Instead of simply cancelling my order or leaving it unprepared—as I’ve experienced in many other coffee shops—one of the staff members, Zach (or Zack?), took the time to hold my coffee in the waiting area and actively looked for a solution. When I gave him my name to pick up my drink, he quickly explained the situation and offered some helpful alternatives. While it may seem like a small gesture, these thoughtful touches can really brighten someone’s day. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt it was important to acknowledge this. Such dedication to customer service deserves recognition. Great job!

I just want to say this is my favorite starbucks of all time!!! the baristas are literally angels and always so welcoming and also extremely talented!!
