I’m a huge fan of Thai spice, and I often find that restaurant Thai food just isn't spicy enough for me without extra seasoning. Siam Bistro really came through by taking me seriously when I asked for my meal to be "Thai hot" with no mercy. The Larb Gai was incredibly hot, spicy, and delicious, packed with plenty of chicken and a nice burst of lime. The Thai Fried Rice was equally impressive, featuring a generous amount of chicken, spices, and a lot of fresh basil. The rolls were great too. I think I’ve found my favorite Thai restaurant in Boston, and I’ll definitely be returning whenever I’m in the area.
The Thai food here is decent, but not quite at the level I was hoping for. The papaya salad could use more heat; it lacks that spicy kick, and I think it should have fewer string beans and more papaya. However, the sweet mango dessert was quite good. Overall, it's not a bad spot for takeout.
They have vegetarian options and the tofu pad C U is the best ever!
I ordered three things from Siam Bistro. 1) Fried Siam Dumplings (Right) Those were the best 5/5. Absolutely tasty and paired very well with the sauce. 2) Fresh Roll 1/5. Im not sure if Im just not a fan of these, but it did not taste fresh. Something funky with the taste. Even with the sauce, I dont think it was that good. 3) Pad Kee Mao 4/5. Very good and tasty. Has a good spice kick to it. Price is something that plays a big factor, and taken into consideration, I think its a good spot to go to.
