Panera Bread has become a regular choice for my family. If given the chance, my kids would happily eat nothing but the mac and cheese. This specific location in downtown Boston is quite convenient for us. We found the staff to be both friendly and efficient. The dining area was clean, although the layout felt a bit cramped. Overall, the food was enjoyable and seemed to be of slightly higher quality compared to some other Panera experiences we've had.

The staff here is incredibly friendly! The place is always clean every time I visit, and I never have to wait long after placing my order for food and drinks. I really enjoy this location and highly recommend everyone to check it out!

Hmmm....Hmm..... I heard the lady say that was the last of the Mac and cheese and my son noticed that he hardly had any in his bowl. He got half of an order because it was all they had left and just passed it off as a full order.

Wow...have a try of their Salad bowls. Very good. All their food seemed great.
