The food here is incredibly fresh. I used to live in New York, and the authenticity of the dishes is impressively close to what you'd find there. They also offer freshly brewed iced tea and lemonade, which is not something you come across often in Chinese restaurants around here. The only downside is that, like many places in New York, they mainly accept cash, which can be inconvenient.

I ordered the "lobster sauce," but it looks like chitterlings, and I'm quite certain of it. I even strained the gravy to double-check. The texture and appearance confirmed my suspicion. I will be reporting this.
