The prices on the menu are significantly lower than what I was charged. After placing my order, I was not given the opportunity to change it, and the staff showed no empathy or understanding regarding the discrepancy between the menu prices and the actual charges. Ordered two chicken burritos chips and salsa. Received two bean and rice burritos with chips. The extra hot sauce we were assured was in the bag was one tiny container to split.. they continue to be unable to deliver on expectations.

Came across this place on a random Google search and decided to give it a try. Amazing! It?s a small place with not much for looks but the food is absolutely delicious. I eat a lot of Mexican food and these were some of the best veggie enchiladas I?ve ever had. A perfect balance of flavours and textures. The horchata was also yummy! I went on a Friday around lunch time and it was not that busy wait time was about 5 minutes I ordered two tostadas and two elotes also ordered churros and let me just say everything was perfection and fresh I enjoyed the elote the most and I will be coming back to try the rest of the menu. I also got a agua Fresca and it was also very refreshing ???? ? I definitely recommend and the prices are ok not to expensive

I absolutely crave their tostadas and I'm a huge fan of their quesadillas. I've placed multiple orders and each time, my special instructions and requests have been perfectly followed. I'm a big supporter of Chilacates and highly recommend it!
