Certified Meatball Company - Boston

We dined at Certified Meatball to celebrate a friend's birthday. She loves meatballs, but unfortunately we were very disappointed. It's a very promising concept and the restaurant itself beautiful, but every other aspect of our dining experience fell flat. The food was over salted (I compliant I have never made before... I love salt) and generally bad. Everything sounded SO delicious on the menu but did not live up to the expectations. Drinks were expensive and some were borderline undrinkable. Finally, the service was fairly condescending. PS $27 dollars for a Belgian waffle with a sparkler is ABSURD

Food quality was excellent but the menu offerings are odd. Hard to make a coherent selection. Sides don’t really pair with more than one meatball type. Burrata and tomato confit was delicious. Tatertot poutine was not remarkable. Design was cute, spotlessly clean, looked like it would be a good hangout. Not awesome for a meal with a business associate but probably great to hang with friends and nibble.

1. Their marinara sauce is made with beef broth which was disappointing to the vegetarian at our table. 2. The beef meatballs were to dense. 3. The Chicken Bao's were good.

Amy is awesome! Louis is also great. Dave, Amanda and Sandy are all rockstars too. We love coming here weekly and always feel taken care of with our special requests. Amy makes really fun drinks off the menu, and everyone is super friendly!

Food was delicious. Staff very friendly. Restaurant nice. So I really recommend this restaurant
