Contribuiți la feedbackHas a nice night with my sisters on a Monday night. our waiter, vinny, was great. Eat and drink came out in time and vinny was very informative. we're meeting the night with coffee, cappuccino and desserts. my margarita was perfect. highly recommended to try your steak with the bone mark. will definitely return.
As a loyal patron of dbar, I regret waiting so long to visit Boston Chops. Our experience last night was simply perfect! The seafood platter was fresh and delicious, particularly the ceviche and bone marrow. The 30-ounce bone-in wagyu steak was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The spicy broccoli and corn fries were outstanding side dishes. We paired our meal with a vintage Louis Roederer wine, which was fantastic. The sticky toffee pudding was a delectable dessert choice. Our server, possibly named Melanie, was excellent - knowledgeable, with great recommendations, and the entire staff was polite. Chris Coombs, you have outdone yourself and we can't wait to return!
The restaurant is pricey, but the food is absolutely amazing! It is hands down the best steakhouse in the city. We shared a 30oz ribeye and it was the juiciest, most delicious steak I have ever had. The ceviche with snapper was also outstanding, and the fresh catch with Taro chips was to die for. The calamari was tasty, and the potatoes with garlic aioli were incredibly satisfying.
Boston Chops is a quality steakhouse where you can expect to spend between $50-100 on steak. The appetizers were impressive, including the onion rings, popover, and French onion soup. The onion rings were light and crispy, although they could have used a bit more seasoning. The popover was fluffy and buttery, while the French onion soup was tasty but overpriced at $19 a cup. The cauliflower parmesan was delicious, but the pasta was average. As a vegetarian, I didn't try the steak myself, but my dining companions said it was good. Overall, Boston Chops offers a good dining experience, with initial excellent service that slowed down as the night progressed. Reservations are recommended for a smoother experience.
