Arya Trattoria - Boston

Came with a buddy and in hindsight we somehow got pressured into ordered the Fare en Viaggio (essentially a chefs choice tasting menu). He was allergic to shellfish so what ended up coming out were the meatballs, a cheese dish, mushroom ravioli and pasta, and chicken parm and braised pork rib. For 70 each I suppose it wasn’t a horrible deal but I still think we would have been better off ordering a la carte. Big fan of their house wines though!

Intimate, friendly and comfortable. The food is the best in the Northend ! Great variety of Italian Cuisine , and the” house special “ is family style with a taste of the best dishes! The chefs and servers are marvelous! A place not to be missed !!

Wow! Just wondered upstairs to find this gem! Best osso buco I’ve ever had. Service is great and don’t forget to try the Caesar salad. Again probably the best I’ve ever had. Will be back to try everything else. Thank you!

We enjoyed an incredible, family-style meal and enjoyed every bite. Will definitely be coming back for the full to-do and lighter dinners.

The meatballs are fantastic, the lighting is perfect, the salad was great, the calamari was delicious, and our server was attentive. However, the lobster in the Gnocchi con Aragosta was overcooked to the point that it was inedible, frankly.. and it’s not cheap. My husband got the Spaghetti con Vongole, in which the clams were incredibly overcooked as well. I’d say come here for the atmosphere, the cocktails, and the apps. But, if you’re looking for a pasta dish with properly cooked seafood, steer clear.
