Saltgrass Steak House - Bossier City

Half of my t-bone steak was filled with fat, making it not worth the price. However, the mac and cheese was delicious and enjoyable.

We arrived at the restaurant after 9:00 PM, just an hour before closing time at 10:00 PM. Despite how busy they were, we were seated and served promptly. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. All the staff were very friendly.

My friends and I had a girls' night out and chose to dine at Saltgrass on the Louisiana Boardwalk because we planned to visit Sweet Caroline's afterwards. Despite being very busy, one of the managers was pitching in to help with hosting, setting tables, and keeping things running smoothly. He was doing a fantastic job! Our server, Jazmyne, was also excellent. She provided us with great recommendations and gave us a wonderful dining experience. I just wanted to acknowledge the great service we received.

Amazing steak with the Oscar topping. The food is a bit pricier than your regular steakhouse, in my opinion, but it makes up for it in the quality of the food. Highly recommend this to anyone who wants a good steak.

Ordered salmon dinner with broccoli and mashed potatoes to go; asked for salmon to be cooked medium but was slightly more than medium making it dry but it was somewhat tasty; potatoes and broccoli was excellent not overcooked; when food was ready, I was told that they didn't have plastic ware and since we were traveling that didn't work for us; we were directed to go to a dollar store close by utensils; what kind of answer is that coming from management? Finally, expressing our concern, I was given a fair refund to compensate. Yours truly, retired army sergeant major
