Super BBQ. My favorite in town. Love the chicken plate with beans and slaw. Always fresh and always good. No clue about service always get orders to go.

Another day on the road, in Shreveport this week!  Had to try some local BBQ.  Excellent!  Ribs are fall off the bone tender and just the right amount of spice in the sauce!

I would rate their meat an 8.5. I hate to say it, their sauce is not good. If you can eat BBQ without BBQ sauce, this is the place to go. The baked beans are full of flavor; the green beans are lacking flavor they can use some seasoning.

The potato salad was very close to the original recipe at this location and I miss that at the Baton Rouge location. Look how nice and tight the potato salad is. No heavy egg or mayo flavor. The beans were also good. The ribs and chicken were a little light on seasoning for me.

Overall experience was good. Brisket was a little dry. The ribs and sides were great. Very large portions. The building and seating area was clean. Mrs. Thalia was very cordial and helpful with the menu items. Would definitely eat here again.
