Mcdonald's - Bossier City

This McDonald's serves decent food, and the service is satisfactory. However, what really frustrates me is that during my last seven visits, I've ordered a chocolate shake only to be told that their shaking machine is out of order. It never seems to work!

We stopped by this restaurant for some snacks, but they missed an order that we didn't notice until we got home. We also requested a burger without ketchup, and that was overlooked as well. It seemed like the staff were too preoccupied to do their jobs properly.

I would recommend avoiding this McDonald's. The customer service is exceptionally slow. I placed my order online 10 minutes before arriving, only to end up waiting an additional 30 minutes in the mobile app check-in parking for my order. It might have been a case of being understaffed, but it feels like long wait times are a common issue at this particular McDonald's location.

13 minutes in the driveway, no one was there. I went into the first window, no one there. 4 minutes left and I moved to the second window, there were 2 people inside. all line on the drive through. I left. that was at 21 o'clock on Tuesday. not sure what happened, but I won't be back

Opened the new location today. Very nice inside. New updated equipment. Very impressed with the new location. I would highly recommend this location.
