McAlister's Deli - Bossier City

My wife ordered meals online, went by and picked it up. Drove 30 minutes home after a long difficult day. Open the bags and found a note in the bottom of the bags stating they were out of the soups ordered. that consisted of half the entire order, but they still so conveniently charged her for all of it. After calling and speaking to the manager she offered no sympathy or apology just offered to refund the items that got charged incorrectly. She ate here a lot. However this is our last time to eat here. Poor management, inconsiderate staff, mediocre food at best. Good luck.

I would give a 0 star if I could. Very disappointed . The service is horrible and very rude people up front . I placed an order to go and read it back to them 3 times and the receipt even said what I ordered? I waited an hour for my food, I get it my food and it?s all wrong. I take it back.. the woman catches an attitude and then they remake it.. She brings it back out for the second time and I check it AGAIN and it is wrong again!!! I take it back, and tell them . Same thing again, it was wrong. They take it back and the third time I get my sandwiches and check them, there is a piece of cardboard on my sandwich. I take it the woman once again, but this time she snatches it from me and gets mad. I asked for the manager multiple times but no one came forward for a while. Finally someone did. Regardless of being compensated for it or not, no customer should be treated with the disrespect that I felt and experienced today. I love mccallisters but this experience has ruined it for me. I understand mistakes happen but they shouldn?t happen 3-4 times on a basic sandwich.. I finally gave up and just took the sandwiches . But they?re still wrong. One had 1 small piece of avocado on it , and I got a sandwich with bacon on it and what do you know, there is still no bacon or cheese or Mayo. Just meat, bread, and a nickel sized piece of avocado . On my other sandwich there was no Mayo after asking for Mayo as well as no cheese on it . I am disappointed and will not be back. But I will be making a call to corporate so that they know what kind of business is being tan in bossier city . Do better. I?m sure I?m not the first to experience this nor will I be the last.

Amazing! Tried the Goddess Salad w/green Goddess today. Y?all it was great! Packed with meat and all the trimmings. I actually got it from the new location on Mansfield Road. Yummy!

One star for your friendly staff, but everything else was a utter disappointment. For the price you get the smallest sandwich ever produced on a dirty plate to boot. We were the first customers there and our table was still dirty. Skip this place and go somewhere else.

This was my 2nd trip to McAlister's. The 1st time was fantastic. This trip was awful. I did not get what I ordered. I a salad instead of the sandwich I ordered. The beef in my son's French dip was stringy and caused him to choke. The employees were bickering on the edge of fighting in front of the customers. All in all I'm really bad visit.
