Lin's Kitchen - Bossier City

Unfortunately the restaurant is not near what it was earlier. I love lins and would have it at least once a week. I worked 6 years out of town so I couldn't take it easy on the way to home. Anyway, I ordered this afternoon and I'm so disappointed with my food. I have the orange chicken lunchtime. the chicken is super rubbery and hard, the sauce is thicker than gel and my garnel egg roll had a garnel. I'm not sure what happened to the DELICIOUS food that they used to serve, but I wish they'd think new what's going on in the kitchen. that is a great disappointment.

I heard these young people paid a health inspector to keep their kitchen open. they also treat their young employees as slaves. I wouldn't eat here if I were her. (my children have worked here)

Used to be good eating, but now the prices are far too high and eating is just bland

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious. However, there can be occasional mix-ups with orders. The prices have increased by 10%.

I regret spending $40 on a disappointing meal. The egg rolls were overwhelmingly sour, tasting like vinegar. Even though my family usually enjoys egg rolls, none of us were able to finish ours. This restaurant did not live up to our previous experiences and was not enjoyable this time.
