Ichiban Japanese - Bossier City

Two words.... Texas sushi! OMG...so good! Also some of the best fried rice in town. Portions are large so consider sharing.

Love this place!! The staff is always friendly and the food is always awesome!! Only drawback is it's really warm in the dinning room.

Local restaurants are encountering serious difficulties due to Covid restrictions, unmotivated staff, and rising food costs. In my view, the hibachi offerings are superior in Bossier, while Shreveport has a better reputation for sushi. Remember to wear your mask—Bossier has been fined twice for customers getting up from their tables without them. It's troubling that some individuals would risk a business's wellbeing over this issue. If that concerns you, I'm talking about you.

I had an incredible lunch today! I enjoyed a California roll alongside a fresh salmon and avocado roll, and topped it off with chicken and fried rice. Everything was absolutely delicious!

I really love the food at this restaurant. It's ideal for a quick lunch and also excellent for dinner. My husband is a huge fan of the sushi. We've always left feeling satisfied.
