Great American Cookies - Bossier City

I wish this store was in North Bossier but we always drive to the mall whenever we need a birthday cake! Try the double doosey cake they are amazing!

This was the cutest 21st birthday cake for my daughter! She has enjoyed a big American cake for almost every one of her birthdays, and I've never been disappointed with one of those large American cakes.

They closed earlier than expected and showed no sympathy at all, resulting in poor service.

I visited the shopping center specifically to buy cookies, and I checked their website beforehand, which stated they were open until 7 PM. When I arrived at 6:15, the lights were off, and the staff informed me that they run out of cookies every day at 5 PM and are only open for cake pickups. I was quite frustrated and confused as to why they no longer make cookies daily if they run out two hours before closing every day.

I love the cookie company, but this load is terrible! the staff is not very friendly and they have hardly much to choose. I work in bossier, but I'm going to the Schreveport store on my lunch break. I used to go about the lunchtime to get cookies (where I ever go better the selection before) but it doesn't matter how early they go, the selection always suck. I would definitely not recommend this load, the shiveport store is the place to go!
