Fat Tuesday Sandwich Shop Bakery

It was quite good. I ordered the blackened chicken po'boy and thought it could be a bit longer. I also tried a bite of the roast beef po'boy, which was tasty as well. I really enjoyed the potato salad too—let's not disrespect potato salad; there are countless variations of it! As long as the potatoes are cooked properly, I’m happy. They could use a few more tables, and I appreciated the variety of pepper sauces available.

The po'boy was loaded with Cajun crab salad and topped with steamed shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles, all drizzled with a delicious dressing on the bun and on top. It's hard to describe just how amazing this sandwich was, especially since I'm usually more of a hot sandwich person. But this was a game changer! The bread is baked fresh daily, the crab salad was incredible, and the shrimp were bursting with flavor. Absolutely delicious! To finish off the meal, we shared a sandwich-sized brownie that was also made in house. It was so good and completely indulgent. You won't be disappointed if you visit. I just wish I had taken pictures of the sandwiches before we devoured them, but they disappeared too quickly! And on a side note, make sure to try their muffuletta.

This was a fantastic hidden gem of a restaurant. I originally came for the chicken spaghetti, but discovered it was just a Tuesday special. Instead, I ordered a salad based on the cashier’s recommendation, and it was delicious. The restaurant is cozy and was packed during my visit, creating a lively atmosphere. The wait time was average. My salad and drink cost $20, but it was very generous in portion. It shares a space with a Discount Tobacco store, so parking is a bit limited. Nevertheless, the service and food were excellent, and I definitely plan to return!

Delicious and quick. I had the Seafood Remoulade Poboy and gumbo and it was great! Poboys are plenty of food. Inside is small but they have some seating out back behind the building. Also have a drive thru window.

Went for lunch and there was no wait. It's small inside so you may or may not be able to enjoy your meal at one of the tables, but there is seating outside behind the building. We had paw paw's pb&j which comes grilled, muffaleta melt, and Cajun Cobb.Listen...that salad was lunch AND dinner! Somehow my husband finished his sandwich and while he enjoyed it, he said it wasnothing like the muffaletta we shared in the French quarter ??????????? . He doesn't even like olives. He demolished thatsandwich, you hear me?! I love me a good salad, and this Cobb didn't disappoint! You can also drive through for service. It'sprobably my new favorite spot!
