Chili's Grill - Bossier City

I have to say, I was quite disappointed. This location of Chili's is usually one of the better ones. However, on this particular day, there was only one person serving on the floor. The waitress did her best to manage everything, but it was a struggle. They had to rely on kitchen staff to help with food deliveries. I understand that many restaurants are dealing with staffing issues, but this was excessive. Not only were they understaffed, but the place was also quite dirty. There was another man who seemed busy, but he wasn’t really helping. I hope things improve in the future.

We ordered chips and salsa along with a salad. However, our entrées arrived before the appetizer. Additionally, the salad didn’t come with any dressing, and the avocado, which cost an extra dollar, was completely brown. Later, when we asked for more chips and salsa, the waitress brought us a bill instead. We wanted a refill, but I ended up having to get a cup myself since it was never refilled during our meal.

The only positive aspect of this restaurant was the waitress. The tables and chairs were sticky, the salt shaker was dirty and overfilled, and the hamburgers were greasy and undercooked. The place needs a thorough cleaning. I won’t be coming back.

What should I say if they go, they will probably have a lot of devastated food, which seems like it came out of the freeze cabinet. when I had ordered myself out of a storm because of a power failure in my house, I waited a few minutes before the estimated waiting window. When I got the order, I thought they forgot something and they assured me they didn't. When I drove a few minutes to the street, they called and said they would forget something in my order. I'm sorry, but as soon as I'm on my way with the little ones, I'm sure I'm not. I even tipped to the order. I suppose it's what it is. only not the uplifted meal I was looking for this day.

I didn 't like it at all!!I ordered a meal that came with rice and beans but ? wow I didn 't expect the horrible rice they served me. It literally looked like I was eating it raw, hard and dry it looked old ??‍ .The burgers were delicious (It wasn 't mine but I tried them) An i said my self why didn 't you order a burger ? ??‍?The waiter was nice but I didn 't like my food or the strawberry lemonade, it looked better like a smoothie ??‍I don 't know if I went back to that same place, it was dirty and even the menus had mayonnaise or I don 't know what they had but they were dirty. My bad experience to be the first time in that place.
