Dog-friendly but not particularly people-friendly. Was greeted with a grunt by an obviously bored staff member who was on their phone when I entered and didn't seem to pleased by my interruption. Was a bit busy so had to sit outside but there is heating and it's very well covered. Had a Sunday roast which was lovely. New updated menu is much better. Would go again. Vegetarian options: My sister is vegan and was able to find a nice meal. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Loved the new menu, very well made, presented and absolutely delicious! The peanut roast and lemon tart, which were the vegan options, were delightful. We were very happy and cosy in the sheltered outside area it was the perfect evening atmosphere with the patio heaters and fairy lights, as the sun set behind us! Staff very friendly and helpful too, thank you for a lovely evening!
