I come here often. The coffee is lovely and the food even better! The treats are yummy so be sure to take something home with you afterwards.

This is a great venue, cafe/resto/bar during the day and evenings, but also available for special events. The finger food was great, the space was excellent and the service all done with a smile. Need to try this for breakfast or brunch now.

I don't want to be unfair, but I found this place quite disappointing overall. It's a real shame, because the food was great and once we were seated, the service was decent. However, I was extremely disappointed with their front of house. Don't get me wrong, they were perfectly polite, however our table was clearly forgotten, despite being clearly written on the list; I checked about three times with staff to make sure we hadn't been forgotten and each time was suddenly remembered, and then "moved to the top of the list". The staff also kept saying there were no free tables for us (there were clearly empty tables available that we could see) and then giving those tables away to people who arrived after us. At first I thought it could have been because we needed a slightly bigger table (we had a baby stroller), but there were clearly larger tables (with space for a stroller) available and yet kept getting overlooked. I appreciate it's a busy place on the weekend and can get chaotic, but this was really quite poor especially where there are plenty of other decent options closeby. Probably wouldn't return here.

Popped in for a light snack & coffee before an appointment at the Epworth down the road.Arrived and stood at the inside of the door aimlessly waiting for a few mins, walked over to the counter (interrupting two staff chatting) to ask if I just sit or do I order first and then find a table. I was told no, we will serve you, take a seat.I decided on the communal large table in the middle to save taking up as table. I waited while trying to catch someones eye over 15 mins. Eventually I asked one of the guys clearing another table if I could order a coffee. He said I will get someone for you. Another 5 mins and I was served, no time to chance waiting on a slow order so decided on coffee alone. Coffee was good and if this was a local spot I would probably come for my take away coffee. Given I only came once its not an issue. My daughter and her partner however live 5 mins up the road off Toorak Rd, and they will think twice now about trying it.Nobody minds slow service if you are acknowldged and have someone explain how they are busy/short staffed/breakdown in the kitchen etc. But it was not that busy and although it was just a coffee I have not experienced such poor service in a long time.In saying that when I went to pay the young lady at the counter was extremely helpful and pleasant, perhaps they need to hire all of her family too!!

Coffee god. Good vibe Take away loaf was not fully cooked. This happened on two occasions. We will return at least one more time. Really !!!
