BHOJ on Templestowe - Boroondara

We have just come home from our second visit to Base Camp and we had great food again.  <br/ <br/ Each dish had clean flavours and the different ingredients could be identified.  The lamb in the Saag was beautiffuly succulent pieces in a very tasty sauce.  The Railways fish was equally well prepared.  <br/ <br/ The service was very good.  Attentive but not intrusive.  <br/ <br/ This restaurant deserves a try.  We'll be regulars as we are so impressed.

Fantastic, authentic Nepalese cuisine. The food at Base Camp is delicious and full of flavour. It takes me back to the restaurants in Kathmandu. I highly recommend the vegetarian momos! The chutney served with them is to 'dine ' for.

Best Indian meal we have had in a long time....such a good find! Korma was sensational, Vindaloo was spicy but still had a beautiful blend of flavours; this is our new favourite Indian restaurant

BaseCamp has excellent food, lovely staff, and plenty of of vegan options! It is a regular eat-in and takeaway for us in Templestowe. Love the Momos and Pumpkin Masala in particular.
