Wendy's - BORDENTOWN

Ordered a regular nugget meal and one spicy. Got both spicy.

This particular little animal that works there the min I drove towards the pickup window I saw her with her little attitude and when she passed me my bag she turned it sideways, my Salad was there and I told her several times why you passed me the bag thatway and she ignored me then I raised my voice and she reply back ?you are going to shake the salad anyways, so what? she wasextremely rude and racist. I will never go back there again.

Every time I order from this Wendy's, something is always missing—either food or drinks. They constantly say, "Oh, you'll have to come in for us to fix it," as if that's the point of ordering delivery in the first place. They mismanage DoorDash orders 98% of the time, and I'm fed up with their lack of care regarding my money and orders. The amount of money people spend on missing items is probably staggering. After yet another order where I was missing food and drinks, I will never give this Wendy's my business again. They need to hire people who actually know what they're doing and ensure that bags are checked before handing out orders!

The service was quick and friendly. This is the best Wendy's I've been to so far. It's a shame that the one closer to me isn't as good. It's definitely worth the drive if you're craving Wendy's!
