Kay's Kitchen - Booterstown

A regular spot for me and family. always the best ham and cheese toasted sandwiches and mi wadi slushies. good coffee aswell although theyre seperate little coffee booth has been closed for some time now so im not sure the coffee is made the same. i came today and was greeted by a lovely staff member with a big smile. so welcoming to all customers and did her job with a smile and a good attidude. didnt catch her name but she was the girl clearing the tables and cleaning the floors around noon. should be grateful to have her as an employee. all staff are always really friendly and up for a laugh Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Best Customer Service!!!!! Have to say having lunch today at Kays, has been an absolute pleasure!!! The kitchen staff were especially obliging to myself and our family, going out of their way to cook something special for my wife who has an onion allergy! I've worked in the industry a long time and thought it was loosing it's charm, especially in terms of customer service.....Kays staff have proved me 100% wrong today. Thank you lads!!! Rude manager at that time. Witnessed some students studying at the tables outside and the manager angrily shouted at them when the students clearly didn’t know it was reserved for kay’s kitchen. The place was fully empty inside mind I tell you and it was extremely rude and disrespectful to witness. Couldn’t even tell them nicely to move. I’ve seen those students come and study regularly and they were not taking up space for their customers either. There is also lack of food most of the time I go there Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
