Boonville Family Diner

This has always been my favorite restaurant. Initially, it was located in Dale, Indiana, but it closed unexpectedly. It later reopened in Boonville with the same menu, and I began making the trip from Dale to visit. However, during our last two visits, including just yesterday, the quality of the food was disappointing. The roast beef tasted like deli meat, completely different from the home-cooked flavor I cherished. I'm worried they won't be able to survive much longer at this pace. It's really a shame!

The food here is absolutely amazing! I love cozy places like this, and they exceeded my expectations. The fried chicken is outstanding, and the open-faced beef is incredibly tasty too!

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and quickly shown to our table. The waitress was incredibly attentive and delivered excellent service, even with the restaurant being pretty crowded. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will absolutely be back. I highly recommend this spot for breakfast!
