Wendy's - Booneville

I took my brother to Wendy today and wanted to use a gift card. The card scanner didn't work properly. After trying to run my gift card, the manager said, Josh, he would only charge me half the price. Then he came to our table and refunded our food. He was very apologetic for the card scanner not working and that when a customer comes in planning to use a gift card that it is a warranty. Great business, food and staff. Because of today, I want to eat regularly at Wendy. Thank you.

They got our food fast and it was warm. I understand that this is what fast food sites should do, but we all know that very few are fast and warm now days .usually ask to pull and they will bring it out.

Good place to go if you want something fast, but not if you are on a budget, but they have some good offers for good food

Waits in the drive-thru line for at least 25 minutes for a very simple order. Terrible customer service. Don't eat great either.

The trip thru line was busy, bought the Parmesan Cesar Salat, is very tasty
