Jasz - Bool Pilipinas

They were grilling whole chicken at the front. That sold me to choose this place for dinner with family. They have varieties of dishes to choose from. Couple singers were performing on stage with soft music. Nice ambience for dinner to end the day.

There are a number of restaurants in the area but chose the Jasz due to three deliciously looking pork joints on the spit at the entrance. Sat down and ordered the pork belly. Waited a good twenty minutes for our food and being the only people eating were confused whilst it took so long. When the food arrived it was tasty but cold. It was not the pork we had seen on the spit and was disappointed. The food is cooked at the back of the restaurant. As with the majority of the restaurants in the Philippines it was not expense but it could have been so much better. As we left the pork was still on the spit, must be there to entice you in!

TLDR; Avoid! The restaurant welcomes you by the nice selection of fresh seafood and pizza in a menu (which was our trigger because we wanted pizza really much). Anyway, after ordering a pizza and some meat from the BBQ (plus drinks) we serving our waiting time. After half an hour or so the waitress came to inform us that they are not serving pizza at this hour. If that was the case we wouldn’t even order. But the BBQ (in theory) looked good so we persisted and added some shrimp in garlic butter instead. After another half an hour the BBQ came. It was cold and burned. Not much to say, pretty bad. We decided to cancel the shrimp order if possible, but after another 20 minutes it came. The garlic butter was full (like the heaps of) burned garlic. Quickly w grabbed a bill which turned out to still count water we never got and some outrageous price for the burned pork skewer. Outrageous as it was 3x the price it was supposed to be. At least bill correction was smooth so we quickly paid and left. We grabbed our second dinner elsewhere and as soon as I got connection and decided to write my first bad TripAdvisor review. I never write reviews and still decided to do this!

Feel bad having to write a bad review but i hope the management takes this as constructive feedback. 1. Our orders took way too long to arrive. Over 1 hr : 2. Orders came but prawns didnt arrive complete we shopped for 10pcs but was served only 8pcs. The last 2 pcs came only after we complained) 3. Orders didnt arrive at the same time, example, ordered 2 chopsuey but only 1 came and the 2nd arrived when we were done Other tables also started to complain and when the complaints piled up, the food miraculously came out. Either the kitchen is undermanned or mismanaged. The servers even assisted to cook the food. In all fairness, one of the male servers we complained to took some action. We followed up a couple of times with a different server but no action. It 's a shame coz the food tastes ok. Service is just way tooooo slow. Other people got mad and complained that they wont pay for the food that didnt arrive. Good thing the female singer had a nice voice. That 's the only saving grace.

Very good Asian dishes, large outdoor (Undercover) dining area with good live soft music, close to Henann resort. Got busy after 7pm. Recommend boneless hot and spicy chicken dish and beef dishes, and garlic broccoli was the highlight. The food was really tasty, didn’t want it to end. The restaurant had a really good atmosphere.
