Boston Pizza - Bonnyville

Had the steak sandwich. always enjoy it. very recommended bps. it is a family restaurant.

After the cold sea-air show stopped. when we arrived, it was not busy, but just filled. I went into the washroom while my man and grandson ordered drinks for three people. I sat at the table when the drinks arrived, and we were asked if we were ready to order or if we needed a few more minutes. we wanted a few minutes. we looked like other tables sitting, ordering drinks, supplied drinks and served eating. after 25 minutes waiting for our waitress my man finally waited for the back and asked what it would take for a service. our waitress arrived a few times later and apologized that she thought we were waiting for someone else to come. I didn't know where that came from, but had stopped them to check the table they found out we were ready to order and our drinks were empty. I can appreciate that the restaurant was filled, but when we arrived it was almost empty. all the tables around us, and fed and abandoned was disappointing. I don't think there would be a very good tipp that she delivered with a word nary, and there was no offer of beverage refills. it plays no role as well as eating is when the service is bad the meal is bad. we went to many boston pizza restaurants and never had such a terrible experience. I would give this place a missing one.

We tried to dinate, but was having an rude trip was full of the manager not take a place or it will wait a 45 min oh no. very disappointed could be better treated.

Service was great! I ordered an extract, the personal was pleasant over the phone, they gave me an exact way they could time. When I arrived several employees, I tried to talk to the front counter, and they were ingenious to talk to them. everything was warm and delicious I brought it back for me and my fellow workers!

Great staff. It was very busy and there appeared to be not enough staff, but they were friendly and worked very hard.
