Little Caesars Pizza - Bonney Lake

The pizzas I received were incorrect, and when I called to speak with the manager about it, I was informed that there was no manager available. I struggled to explain the issue, and it appears that management has not improved. Ordering over the phone has also become quite difficult.

It's a Little Caesars pizza place, and the pizza was good and hot. However, the crazy bread lacked enough butter sauce and was quite dry. I was grateful that they opened late, but it was clear the employees were tired after a long day, which showed in the service. Overall, it was a straightforward experience.

The pizza from here is always great, and I’ve never been let down. The only disappointment is that I can’t enjoy it fully because I'm lactose intolerant.

What?s the point of planning a certain pick-up time if the order in the holding portal will be 10 minutes before my arrival?! Hot and ready?!? Hardly.

No hot and ready pizzas at 5pm. Ordered an extra most bestest and was told 10 minutes. Waited outside and when I saw the customer who ordered after me walk out with both his pizzas I went in to get mine. Cashier said the person cooking didn't realize there were 2 orders and didn't cook 2 of them. I said, so you gave my pizza to someone else and was told if I didn't like it, I didn't need to come back. Wouldn't give her name or the manager. She did this with other customers in the store.
